Massage for eye tension
1 Lace the fingers of both hands together and press your thumbs inside the corners of your eyes, either side of the bridge of your nose. Hold for 2-3 seconds, release slightly and repeat six times. If you prefer, lean on your
elbows to give more pressure to the action, but do avoid any contact with the eyeball itself.
2 Pinch the top of the nasal bone (between the eyebrow and eye socket) with your index finger and thumb. Hold the fleshy area for two or three breaths, release slightly and repeat six times.
3 Rub your palms together until they feel really warm, then lightly cup them over your eyes. Hold in place for a few breaths. Repeat whenever you need a boost.
