Massage for neck tension
1 Cradle the back of your head in your hands and circle your thumbs around the soft, fleshy area at the base of the skull.
2 Slide your fingers up from the base of the hairline at the back of the neck and over the crown. Gather your hair at the roots and tug gently from side to side, keeping your knuckles close to the scalp. Now slide your fingers through your hair from the temples to the sides
of the head. Gather your hair and pull gently from side to side.
Repeat both steps two or three times. Finish by smoothing through the hair.
