5-minute self-massage for sleep
This self-massage will take you about five to ten minutes, depending on how slowly you make the strokes. You can do it after a bath. Take your time and leave the oil on all night. If you don't mind having oily hair until you shower in the morning, you can also massage the oil into your scalp.

To begin, mix the Sweet dreams oil (made by mixing 6 drops lavender essential oil,  drops neroli essential oil and 2-3 drops rose essential oil) with 25 ml (1 fl oz) of almond oil, grapeseed oil or any cold-pressed vegetable oil. Shake well and apply the oil mixture to your face and neck.

1  Rest your three central fingers of each hand on each eyebrow. Close your eyes lightly and remain in that position for a moment, taking a few deep breaths.
2  Place the middle finger of each hand either side of, and immediately above, the bridge of your nose, between your eyebrows. Now, following the line of the brows, make small circles with your fingers along the length of your brows as far as your temples. When you reach your temples, hold your fingers over them for a moment with a slightly increased pressure. Return to the centre of the forehead, this time with your fingers placed very slightly higher, and trace another line out towards your temples in the same way.
3  Continue to repeat Step 2, each time moving your fingers up slightly until they are following the hairline. Then follow the hairline with the same circular movements around to the nape of your neck. Repeat several times.
4 Make the same circular movements from the neck hairline down your neck, with your fingers either side of (but not on) your spine. You may want to use more pressure here.
5 Use the same movements from the centre of your forehead back across your scalp to the nape of your neck. Finally, using the whole hand, cover the whole of your head, as if you are kneading your scalp.
